Withdrawals of real balance (non-bonus) are processed via Pix within 5 (five) minutes of approval, seven days a week, 24 hours a day. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 50.00. The withdrawal method must match the user's last deposit method for anti-money laundering compliance purposes.
The 234win may place a withdrawal on hold for identity verification or a security review. In such cases, the user will be notified and will have up to 72 hours to provide the requested documents. Failure to submit the documents within that timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.
It is strictly prohibited to deposit funds into another person's account or to request withdrawals to third-party accounts. All deposits and withdrawals must be made under the same ownership as the account registered with 234win. Failure to comply with this rule may result in account closure and forfeiture of any pending balances.
New members of 234win who make their first deposit of at least R$ 50.00 via any accepted method automatically receive a 200% bonus on the deposited amount, capped at the maximum value defined on the promotion page active at the time of registration. The bonus is credited to the bonus balance, separate from the real balance.
The welcome bonus carries a rollover of 30x on the bonus amount received before any withdrawal. Bets on table games (roulette, blackjack, baccarat, live poker) contribute 10% per BRL wagered. Sports bets with minimum odds of 1.50 and slots contribute 100%.
The weekly cashback of 10% is calculated on net losses for the week (Monday to Sunday) and credited automatically every Monday. Rollover of 1x on the cashback amount received. There is no need to request cashback — it is credited automatically for all members with positive net losses for the week.
Patterns identified as bonus abuse — including placing opposing bets to guarantee profit regardless of the outcome, using automated systems, or coordinating across different accounts — will result in the immediate cancellation of all active bonuses and any winnings generated, as well as permanent account closure.
The 234win reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, particularly in cases of technical errors in the odds, incorrect odds published due to a system failure, events whose outcome was already known at the time the bet was placed, or bets that exceed the market limits set for that match or competition.
All bets are settled based on the official result published by the organization responsible for the event. Provisional results, unofficial announcements, or third-party information are not used to settle bets. In the event of a dispute or a result amended after settlement, the 234win may review and adjust already-settled bets.
In-play bets are subject to cancellation if the system registers the bet after the event that triggered the odds change has already occurred — such as a goal, an ace in volleyball, or a finish in UFC. The 234win uses official data feeds to monitor these moments and may void bets processed outside the valid market window.
Full or partial cash out on live bets is available as shown in the interface of the 234win. The cash out value reflects the market value of the bet at that moment and may be less than the original stake. The 234win does not guarantee that cash out will be available on all bets or at all points during an event.
In parlay bets (combo), a single incorrect outcome is enough to lose the entire bet. Parlay bets that include events from the same match or correlated events may be limited or voided by the 234win. Each selection within an accumulator must have minimum odds of 1.15 to be accepted in the combination.
All casino games available on 234win — including slots, roulette, blackjack, poker, and crash games — use Random Number Generators (RNG) certified by independent laboratories. The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is disclosed in the game interface or on the title's information page. RTP represents the theoretical long-term return and does not guarantee results in individual sessions.
In the event of a technical failure during a game session — connection drop, server error, or RNG malfunction — the 234win may cancel the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's balance. Winnings recorded during a proven technical failure are not valid for withdrawal.
The live casino tables at 234win are streamed in real time by professional dealers. Live table results are final once the dealer closes the round. The live table chat must be used respectfully — offensive messages may result in suspension of table access.
